Cannot read info file of table *****

While printing the audit report using the session "Print range of audit files", it's giving a message in the taskbar of the sessions as "cannot read info file of table <table_name> in company <company_name>.
But still I am able to print the report.
Can anyone clarify the reason behind this error and the impact that it's having on the audit report?
Because what I have got to know is that info file contains some crucial information regarding an audit report being printed.

Form Spacing

Hi

Is there any way to reduce spacing between label and input field.
As attached here, there is too much spacing. I tried with properties in DFE with no luck.(P.S.Refer attachment. I want the date to look like part of the "Important Notice" , not separate.)

DFE support in Infor LN 10.7

Hello Everyone,

I have test env Infor LN 10.7. I tried to create a session based on a new custom table. While trying to edit form, I got the message "The Dynamic Form Editor is not supported in LNUI".

Can anybody guide how I have to create form for the session? LN Studio? or any option is there to enable use of DFE?

Inventory Valuation and Internal Business Partner

Hello

I am testing the Inventory Valuation against an Item with quantities which is linked to a new Business Partner which is also set as Internal BP (GMLF01)

I ran an outbound process w/o problems and for a specific TEST item I want to have the inventory valuation against the itme and the Buy-From BP which happened to be also the internal BP

However, in the valuation report output there is no mention of the Buy-From BP at all only the ITEM quantity in stock and the totla valuation cost

I checked on some of the options such as "Print Buy-from BP Details" and the Include Inventory Ownership "Consigned"but the BP does not come up

I would like the BP be reported in the inventory valuation report.

That BP also INTERNAL BP is also activated as Buy-From BP.

A messy display in webui

Hi Guys,

Any idea why the print out in webui display "d" / preview seems so bad. The space between 1 column to another is too tight or close. So the field overlaps the boundary line, and it looks pretty bad.

It looks good in BECS / BW DIsplay. I dont get it why the display is messed up in webui.

Please help guys

I need to get start date of last week & end date of last week.

Trigger of program: I run schedule on Monday of this week and in my program need to get the dates and above.

Attaching text to work order

Hello,

Company is transitioning into baan with little background. Is it possible to add text, specifically assembly instructions, to a work order? We would like to add our assembly instruction as automatic text that is attached to an assembly build that will populate each time a work order is printed for a specific part number.

AFS open session with different index

We have Baan IV c4 SP 32.

We are using AFS to do deliveries session tdsls4120m000.

For some item we deliver using the pick list (Index2) so we changed the indexes in the session so the default index is 2 - Pick List. But for Cost Items we need to use Index1 - Sales Order and position.

I found the command stpapi.sort.by:

ret.code = stpapi.sort.by("tdsls4120m000", "1", mensaje.error)

But ret.code returns value 0.

Has anybody use this command. Or how have you solved the problem.

Correcting order balance in AR360

Due to wrong currency rate some invoices have booked wrongly, it is corrected through GTM. Customer balance also appearing correct in statement. But in account receivable 360 customer order balance is not showing correctly and system is not blocking the sales order above then credit limit. Is there any session to correct the Order balance in AR360?

Error while approving purchase invoice

Hi,

I am not able to approve purchase invoice.Getting error "Invoice Data for purchase order line cannot be updated".

The PO status is showing as "Modified"

Can anyone suggest the solution please?

Underline "_" in barcode type 39 in report of Infor LN

Hello,

does anybody have any idea, how to get an underline "_" into a barcode of type 39 in a report of Infor LN (keyword "full ascii / exended ascii")?

Actually the underline is printed out as a space " ".
