Order by delivery note in Invoice

Hi,

how can i manage an order by delivery note in invoice? i'm in cislidll1200, i tried to order by in function process.invoice.lines but it doesn't work.
(my goal is that if there are 2 different line sequences with the same delivery note, on the report i want to print one the delivery note, and below the related lines)
any suggestions?

Error - Transaction is on, Can't Continue

Hello,

We are getting Transaction is on, Can't Continue error for one session today in production server.
This session is used to update interim tables.
This session is running in Job without any error from many years, Only today it is giving error.
when ran manually also same error is being generated.
I checked the program script, it is last modified in 2003. so no any recent changes also.

can anyone advise how to resolve this issue.

Quick help is really appreciated.

How to Change Job Parameters via AFS

Hello. Has anyone been able to change job parameters using AFS? I have the code successfully pulling up the session. And getting to the point to where it will set the fields needed to be changed. Just cannot seem to get the 'Change Job' to stick. Using a sample custom code it seems the Change Job is calling the choice.create.job. Executing that command via AFS does trip the choice.create.job, but still no changes to the parameters.

I see this older thread on this same topic. It didn't seem to ever be resolved. Any help would be appreciated.

Error in Confirm BOD

In my previous post, I got help to complete Sales Order Process BOD. Now, when I process input file, the SalesOrder Line is created with all passed information but I have error in ConfirmBOD XML file

[Extension] How to hide zoom options?

Hi,

In Session tdsls4100m900 (Sales Order), there is a field named Address (tdsls400.ofad).
When clicking zoom icon for the field, it pops up two options for the user to select which session to zoom into.
Currently, there are
1. Addresses
2. Addresses by Business Partner
I would like to use Extension or any other standard-approved ways to hide the 1. Addresses option.
So that when the user clicks zoom in this field, the system will automatically select the 2. Addresses by Business Partner session to zoom into without user seeing the zoom option window.
How can I achieve this?

How to print lines into multiple reports?

Hi,

I have a session that displays header data and its lines.
At the moment, when print on the header it will print one report containing all the data from header to lines within that single report.
I need to make it so that it prints out 1 report per line data instead and the data in each report will come from its respective line data.
How can I do such task?

I need to do a report to be able to project revenue for my over time contracts, for that I need to know when the planned orders will be build per project (so I can project the cost incurred per month per project). But I have to deduce the cost of build one sub from the next top so I don't double dip cost. I need to be able to get in SQL something similar as session cprrp0740m000 but when I go through the tables, I cannot figure out how they are linked to each other, is there a write up or table list for cprrp0740m000 so I can recreate the order pegging in SQL?

When I try to use function "set.focus" and "to.field" are deprecated in LN.

BW Print

Hello,

I have a question about BW Print. I am trying to send a print job to a printer installed on a client PC. Configured Baan device as Device Type Windows printer and defined Device Queue like \\localcomputername\sharedclientprinter
Shared the locally (on PC) installed printer

Sending a print job to a specific computer works but I would like to make this configuration generic. Unfortunately I cannot install this printer on a Windows print server. Is there a variable in BW Print for local client PC like in Windows %COMPUTERNAME%? Tried to use \\%COMPUTERNAME%\sharedclientprinter but BW Print gives back error \\%COMPUTERNAME%\sharedclientprinter not found ....

Hello everyone,

I have installed Infor LN application server along with 12.2 version of LN UI. Afterwords, I installed Infor LN 10.7. I just want to know can I access both environments with single LN UI installation?

If this can be done, how?

Any guidance will be highly appreciated.
