Sales Order Archiving in Baan V

Hello Friends ,

We are doing the sales order archiving in Baan V. We are running the session tdsls4223m000 --PDSO by selecting the options :
Process Order Data as Yes
Delete Order Data as Yes
Delete Cancelled Order Data as Yes

But we found the following scenarios/orders which are not deleted :

(1) Complete Sales Order is Cancelled .
(2) Some or one of the line is cancelled .
(3) Only Header is present and no line is present .

Kindly share your expert views on this and how we can proceed ahead on this scenario.

Baan4c User Switched to tools Company

We are trying to set up in the Test company for the user to run TTaad4100 General Table Maintennce. The Session ttaad2100m000 Maintain User Data (000) shows correct company (100) but the user Me. Logs into the test company is set to company (000). Somehow the user was switched to tools company, But the Baan user maintenance, displays correctly as co100.

Record lock

Hi All,

I want to know if there is a concept like "record lock" in BAAN just like "application lock".
I came across a session A which goes to next session B.
Where session A is a MMT session and upon form command actions it traverse to other session B.
"session A " suppose say having sales order numbers a,b,c,d..... etc.
even though I choose record --- "a","b","c" ,"d" etc ,it only displays particular record "d" in session B

How to declare in detail layout not print the before.field layout?

Hi guys,

I want to ask how to declare not to print the before.field layout in detail layout if the detail layout is empty.

For example:

before.field.1
before.layout:

after.layout:

detail.1
before.layout:

"CODE HERE HOW TO DECLARE NOT TO PRINT THE BEFORE FIELD LAYOUT IF MY CODE HERE IN DETAIL LAYOUT DOESNT GET ANY DATA OR EMPTY"

after.layout:


I'm new in baan.

Can we duplicate record from multi occurrence session using AFS? I am unable to find option for Duplicate command using AFS.

PDF output in BIRT

Hi All,

In our organization we use BIRT reporting engine to get report outputs from LN.
In one report, i have used code39 barcode to print on the BIRT report.
Users print the report in webtop and then export it to PDF.
Both, webtop and PDF were showing barcode without any issue.

However, after I restarted the LN server users are unable to see the barcode in PDF.
It can be seen in other exported formats (excel, word, html), but not PDF.
I have restarted the server several time before, but this issue never happened.

I have tried changing the barcode font, designing a new report, but nothing seems to get work.

Has anyone encountered a situation like this?
