Can not open LN UI 12.0.4 in Internet Explorer

Hi.

We upgraded LNUI 12 to the last version LN UI 12.0.4 build PA0087. Now we can not open it in Internet Explorer browser. In Chrome and Firefox it works normaly.
I checked F12 Debugger tab and last information is "Your web browser must have JavaScript enabled in order for this application to display correctly". JavaScript is enabled.

Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong here?
