Link Balance Sheet Crystal Report

Hello All,

I need your expertise to help me on this issue.
I have layout for our balance sheet report in Crystal Report 2013 .
Our baan is FP7.

I have set the layout in Baan using Financial Statement Module .
I been briefed that, once I have layout in Financial Statement module and Crystal Report , I could export the data .

I have processed both but I cant see the report displayed in Crystal Report .
Do we need to add any parameter or I have skipped any steps by mistakes due to lack of knowledge ?
