Is Menu personalization Possible through DEM..?

Hi,

Can we enable only 2 or 3 modules of package instead of entire Menu..?
Is it possible through DEM or Can be possible through Menu Personalization..?
The issue is Just we want to give only 3 modules of particular package for a User Could You suggest how we can achieve that.
