New Dimension on P.O Line

Hi, I created a new 4th Dimension code - had to use GTM as the initial setup of the system only setup 3 dims.
I can see the new dims 4 on the p.o line, but the field is not maintainable. I checked the form field and it is input.

any ideas ?
