List of tables and table definition

I am working on BAAN IV C4 and trying to retrieve menu information and we have two tables related to menu (TTTADV360 and TTTADV361) but we do not have the definition of those two table and also we need relationship between user (TTTAAD200) and above two menu table.
If anyone can help me or suggest me where will get the table definitions.
