unable to connect to erpln test server

Hello guys,

I restored the ERPLN application folder from production server to test server.

After copying the folder (and starting the services), when I tried to connect connect to test server, it says "You have no more license to start the bshell".

I tried to restore the original application folder on test server, but still the problem persists,

Can someout guide what could have gone wrong?
