Invalid SQL ID

Hi,
I am facing a fatal error while using sql.bind in my function. Using this I am trying to traverse through a certain no. Of records through recursion.

But I am facing Invalid Sql id:000000
I am attaching a screenshot for your reference. Please go through it and help.

I am working on LN 10.7 cloud Version.
