Unable to print (not export !) in Excel (XLOUT) from WEBTOP sessions

A user is unable to print (not export !) in Excel (XLOUT) from WEBTOP.

is that to do with the JAVA version installed ?

WEBTOP is :

Version: 10.3
Version #: YU0112
