The incumbent is expected to provide consultancy to the customers in their respective functional areas. They will help the Customer to map the process of the organization in Infor ERP after understanding their existing process by taking care of the required improvement. The incumbent will also have to provide user training and work simultaneously with our customers in achieving mutual business goals. He will work with senior ERP logistics Consultants & report to the Project Manager/Coordinator as a Team Member and help us in realizing our Consultancy Objectives. Interacting with Customers/Prospects (Pre-Sales), Understanding their requirements, Implementation of ERP LN/Add-on products to map the requirements, Training of Key users, Documentation, Completion of projects/assignment within stipulated budgeted costs/efforts |
