Implement Workflow from Enterprise Modeler

Dear Form Members,

May I know about the workflow Part which comes under Enterprise modeler menu.

I just wanted to know if this is same like ION/Pulse workflow? and how we can implement it? (find the attached screenshot)

Please share any document if have. Appreciate any help!!.
