Taking time for sending Data to IR reporting

Hi,

I am trying to print a IR Excel report for an LN session, where the number of record are more than 7 lakhs. It is taking more than 5 hours .Is there any way I can optimize it . Also if the number of records exceeds the excel max limit(1048576),what happens to the report.

I am using LN 10.5
