Updating records and moving to next row creating Error

Hi friends,

I created maintain session with main table A and when i change yesno as yes and moving to next row using tab , the modified row not getting update using update comment, after 5 times moving to the other "yesno" input using tab key it was showing fatal error.
Also i didn't wrote any dll to this table A.

Please i am struggling in this issues.
