Items set up in BOM

Hello, I would like to know how to set up a item (an instruction paper) in the BOM. We are not buying and carry any inventory on this instruction paper. The shop floor will print as it needed. SF would like to see it on the production order as estimated material to remind them.

Any suggestion?
